The Waterfront Hotel conference facilities are designed to cater for a variety of needs. The emphasis throughout is on delegate comfort with spacious rooms and abundant natural light. The function room caters for up to 250 individuals with an optional break out room and the Phoenix Lounge offers a smaller gathering space with TVs for presentations and an adjoining spacious balcony providing an outdoor break area.  Additionally, we offer a selection of refreshment menus for organisers to choose from.
