Very hospitable & accommodating staff. Food was excellent with large portions. Room was very clean and comfortable. Complimentary water was provided in the room. Beautiful sea view from this hotel. Would recommend the Waterfront as a place to stay.

Excellent friendly and efficient staff. The whole atmosphere in the hotel was relaxed and friendly even when under pressure! Overall our experience was excellent - better than expected.

The friendly staff made our stay very special. From the excellent reception ladies, breakfast staff, bar staff and senior management we could not have been better accommodated. A lovely experience.

Location. Hotel was 5 minutes walk to the town. The staff was very friendly and informative. Room was clean and well maintained. We ordered a takeaway breakfast for Saturday morning the chef was very happy to facilitate our request. Overall a wonderful stay.

Everything was great but the standout thing was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were professional and helpful but in such a way that it was like talking with a friend not with someone who was just doing their job.

As soon as we stepped in the door of the hotel, the staff were so welcoming - ordinary hotel staff passing us before we reached the reception, saying hello, how are you, holding the door open for us - we knew right away we were in the right hotel! And it continued on, the receptionist was lovely and the 2 gentlemen serving breakfast were lovely and friendly too. Of course, the room was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable and the views from the hotel restaurant were also superb. My son used the gym too which he said was excellent. Overall we had a great stay - beautiful hotel in a superb location with lovely, friendly staff. Thank you👍

Communication & customer service was excellent. After a long during I arrived late. They were very accomodating. The room was lovely & modern. The bed was very comfortable.

FANTASTIC as ever!! Particular thanks to Maread who was EXCEPTIONAL. Her customer service is superb, nothing ever too much troublefridge was added to room (for medication) and everything was perfect. She is such an asset and credit to the hotel and to the organisation as a whole! THANK YOU you to the whole team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
