Our room was clean, well maintained and comfortable. There was a very comprehensive menu to suit all tastes and all the staff were excellent.

We’ve stayed here several times, our favorite part is the staff. Everyone is so welcoming. Especially the gentlemen that makes the breakfast buffet and the lady who works the morning shift with him. But, really everyone there is very pleasant and kind.

Pretty much everything, stunning views, superb location, clean and fresh rooms, excellent showers, fast lift, food quality including choices and service, comfortable public spaces. Only niggles were the £3 charge to exchange a side when dining! Also whilst EV charging in town is pretty good a couple of small destination chargers at hotel would be a great benefit for guests with EVs.

I have visited the Waterfont on many occasions and it is the best hotel in Donegal in my opinion. From the beautiful location, to the delicious food, to all of the staff who go above and beyond to cater for your every need. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and the hotel is spotless with a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend The Waterfront to anyone, whether you go for little break away or even if you are just visiting for lunch/dinner or a refreshment. The scenery is beautiful and the staff are so efficient and kind. Nothing is too much bother for them. Thank you so much for everything. Hope to see you back soon. Thanks again.

Panoramic view of sea and mountains from bar and restaurant. Bedroom was on the small side but had tea/coffee making facilities and a safe. The ensuite looked like it had been recently refurbished. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of cereals and tasty full Irish. Staff were very friendly. Check in/out efficient. Plenty of private, free parking. Easy walking distance to Dungloe town.

The waterfront is my favourite hotel - the position of the hotel capturing the sunsets over Dungloe bay is fantastic, the staff are friendly and engaging and the whole place has a lovely relaxed vibe.
